Resident Care Specialist

Georgetown Cambridge Assisted Living is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our caregiving team across multiple shifts. If you have a passion for serving seniors and making a meaningful difference every day, we would love to meet you!

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7am – 7pm (Day Shift)

• 2 Part-Time positions (2 twelve-hour shifts per week)

2nd Shift: 7pm – 7am (Night Shift)

• 2 Full-Time position (3 twelve-hour shifts per week)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Support meal service and light housekeeping as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred (but not required)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements

Bonus Points:

• 6+ months of caregiving experience (preferred but not required — we’ll train!)
• CPR/First Aid certification (training provided and paid!)
• CNA, MA, or RMA certification (higher pay for these credentials!)
• Medication passing experience (we’ll train you!)
