Job Summary:

Dhyan Health Care is looking for a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with strong clinical skills and experience in managing patients independently. The RMO will provide safe, timely, and compassionate medical care, handle emergencies, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
• Independently perform procedures such as intubation, emergency airway management, and basic life support.
• Interpret ECG reports, laboratory results, and vital signs accurately.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and their families.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
