We are seeking a highly skilled
Resident Engineer
with a background in Architecture and a minimum of 20 years of Supervision experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing prestigious, large scale projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in architectural project management, within a consulting or engineering firm.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects of varying size and complexity.

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
