Resident Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer with a background in Architecture and a minimum of 20 years of Supervision experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing prestigious, large scale projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in architectural project management, within a consulting or engineering firm.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
