Resident Engineer construction

We're seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with 15-20 years of expertise in large-scale building and infrastructure projects. You'll oversee on-site construction, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight and site supervision of construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelinesCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Identify and resolve technical issuesImplement quality control, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering (MSc preferred).
• 15-20 years of experience in senior site supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, BOQs, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Resident of Rawalpindi or willing to relocate.
