Resident Engineer - Managed Services

Key Responsibilities

Are you passionate about IT and technical support? Join our team at Innovative Pvt Limited as a Resident Engineer – Managed Services! In this role, you will be responsible for:

✅ Monitoring Vynamic View and ISX applications, ATMs, and UPS devices, ensuring everything runs smoothly as per SOPs

✅ Providing support for field staff during configuration, installation, and reinstallation of ATMs

✅ Handling machine disconnections and offline issues on Vynamic View

✅ Verifying camera functionality and managing issues with the IPL CS team

✅ Extracting and submitting daily reports (EJ, Downtime, Power, Dispenser Outage, etc.) ✅ Remotely accessing and performing activities on ATMs & UPS systems

✅ Monitoring Vynamic Security dashboard

✅ Managing users and contacts hierarchy

Desired Skills and Competencies:

Strong command of MS Excel and email drafting Solid technical background with knowledge of ATMs and UPS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot, and handle technical issues effectively.
