Role Overview
The Resort Resident Manager is the senior on-site executive responsible for the overall functioning of the resort. They ensure that guests receive high-quality service while maintaining operational standards, financial performance, and staff morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Service
- Ensure guests receive excellent hospitality and resolve complaints promptly.
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and recreational services.
- Operations Management
- Supervise daily resort activities, including check-ins, dining, events, and maintenance.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Staff Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage resort staff.
- Motivate teams to deliver consistent service and meet performance goals.
- Financial Oversight
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage contracts and reduce costs.
- Facility & Property Management
- Ensure resort infrastructure, rooms, and amenities are well-maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract guests.
- Plan seasonal activities, events, and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism.
- Proven experience in resort or hotel management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, budgeting, and staff management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest relations diplomatically.
Work Environment
- Based on-site at the resort, often living on property.
- Requires flexibility with long hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Involves direct interaction with guests, staff, and external partners.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
