Resident Medical Officer

• Provide round-the-clock medical care to inpatients and emergency cases.
• Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment for patients under hospital protocols.
• Handle medical emergencies and perform necessary life-saving procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as advised by consultants.
• Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and surgeries as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Communicate patient condition and progress to patients’ relatives.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH/JCI standards, and medical ethics.
• Participate in clinical audits, meetings, and training programs.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
