Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

• Conduct regular ward rounds to monitor patient progress and report to consultants.
• Carry out doctors’ orders and ensure proper implementation of treatment plans.
• Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as per hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, case sheets, and progress notes.
• Communicate effectively with consultants, nurses, and paramedical staff for coordinated patient care.
• Ensure proper handover of cases during shift changes.
• Educate patients and families regarding the plan of care, treatment, and follow-up.
• Support infection control and safety standards within the ward.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
