Resident Welfare & Events Manager - 010 - CDU9

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Resident Welfare & Events Manager to enhance the quality of life for residents and organize engaging events within our community. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive living environment that aligns with Qiddiya’s vision of becoming a world-class destination.

The Resident Welfare & Events Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing resident welfare programs and community events that promote engagement, well-being, and a strong sense of community among residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement resident welfare programs that address health, safety, social, and recreational needs.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee community events, cultural activities, and social gatherings to enhance resident engagement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between residents and management, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth execution of events and welfare initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of welfare programs and events, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resources allocated for resident welfare and events.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all activities and events.
  • Promote a positive community atmosphere through proactive communication and outreach initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in resident welfare management, community engagement, or event management roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse resident groups.
  • Experience in planning and executing community events and welfare programs.
  • Ability to handle resident concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance related to community living and events.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
