Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Resident Welfare & Events Manager to enhance the quality of life for residents and organize engaging events within our community. The Resident Welfare & Events Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing resident welfare programs and community events that promote engagement, well-being, and a strong sense of community among residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement resident welfare programs that address health, safety, social, and recreational needs.

Plan, organize, and oversee community events, cultural activities, and social gatherings to enhance resident engagement.

Act as the primary liaison between residents and management, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth execution of events and welfare initiatives.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of welfare programs and events, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage budgets and resources allocated for resident welfare and events.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all activities and events.

Promote a positive community atmosphere through proactive communication and outreach initiatives.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, or related field.

5+ years of experience in resident welfare management, community engagement, or event management roles.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse resident groups.

Experience in planning and executing community events and welfare programs.

Ability to handle resident concerns professionally and effectively.

Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.

Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance related to community living and events.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
