Residential Aide

Gustafson house is a community based foster home for children age 10 to 17. Residential aides work in the home directly with the children. This includes but is not limited to: helping residents set and achieve goals; group activities (bowling, hiking, fishing, trips to the park, etc.); transporting to and from appointments in facility vehicles; teaching basic living skills; helping residents with any issues that might come up; basic cooking and cleaning; being able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. All employees must be at least 19, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Gustafson house has full and part time positions available.
