Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential cleanings (small apartments to large 5-bed/5-bath homes)
• Complete our simple TidyTask cleaning checklist during each job
• Take clear before-and-after photos to document your excellent work
• Handle occasional commercial cleanings (apartment buildings, offices)

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Proven experience as a residential or commercial cleaner
• Solid knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe/best practices
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills – especially important when plans change or issues arise

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation (you'll drive yourself to job sites)
• Comfortable driving in Colorado mountains year-round (including winter conditions)
• Bring your own basic cleaning equipment and supplies (e.g., vacuum, mop/bucket, broom, Clorox, Windex, paper towels, trash bags, toilet brush, etc.)
• Willing to complete a background check (we cover the cost)
• Willing to obtain cleaner liability insurance (we reimburse you)

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
