Responsibilities

• Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding procedures to ensure timely departures
• Verify passenger identification and boarding passes accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all airline safety protocols
• Assist passengers with special needs, including mobility assistance and unaccompanied minors
• Monitor cabin environment during flights to maintain comfort, safety, and security for all onboard
• Collaborate with crew members to manage in-flight operations smoothly and respond promptly to any emergencies or issues

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to remain calm, attentive, and proactive in fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift luggage, and assist passengers as needed
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols is advantageous
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
