In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our clients by ensuring they have the protection they need. You'll build meaningful relationships, respond to customer needs with care and urgency, and offer solutions that support their financial well-being. No insurance experience? That's okay! We welcome individuals with customer service or sales experience from other industries. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed, including licensing guidance, mentorship, and continuing education.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred but not required.

Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license

Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Offer additional products and services that support customer goals and lifestyles.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

Provide friendly and helpful service during every interaction before, during, and after the sale.

Actively seek customer feedback and referrals to grow our trusted network.

Learn and follow underwriting and compliance standards to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Stay informed about new products and services so you can always offer the best options.

Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace environment.
