Residential Appointment Setter / $800–$2,000 Week Potential

TSL Landscaping is a design and installation company focused on clean, structured outdoor transformations. We work with homeowners looking to upgrade and modernize their landscape, not routine maintenance or low-cost work.

We are hiring a Residential Appointment Setter to generate opportunities by speaking with homeowners in targeted, high-value neighborhoods.

This is not a sales role. Your responsibility is to create the opportunity. Our team handles the estimate, design, and closing.

About the Role

This is a performance-based, results-driven position. Compensation is tied to opportunities created and projects that move forward, not hourly pay.

The role requires consistent effort, including walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners daily. It is ideal for someone confident, motivated, and looking to earn based on performance without handling the sales process.

What You’ll Do

  • Walk designated high-value neighborhoods
  • Speak with homeowners about improving their landscape
  • Set up estimate appointments
  • Collect and submit accurate project details

Compensation

  • $200 earned per closed job ($25 per appointment + $175 per close)
  • Top performers earn $800 to $2,000+ per week

Qualified Appointments Must Meet

  • Interest in landscape design and installation
  • Homeowner expresses genuine interest in improving their property
  • Project scope aligns with $3,000 to $10,000+ range
  • Decision maker is present
  • Accurate contact information is provided

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable cellphone with active service
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Confident initiating conversations with homeowners
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Able to work independently outdoors
  • Willing to engage with 50 to 100 homes per shift
  • Available afternoons and early evenings

  • Must pass a background check
