Residential CDL Trash Truck Driver

Job Description:
Capitol Waste Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking CDL driver to join our team servicing residential routes in Revere, MA. This is a great opportunity to work with a Local 25 Teamsters company that values safety, consistency, and teamwork. MUST COME TO OUR REVERE OFFICE TO FILL OUT APPLICATION.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a rear-load or automated trash truck on residential routes
• Safely collect and transport waste and recycling materials
• Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations
• Complete daily routes efficiently and on schedule
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts
• Communicate with dispatch and team members as needed

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B license (Class A is a plus)
• Clean driving record. Must bring a current copy to interview, once scheduled.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (typical start times 5:30AM–6:30 AM)
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Previous waste industry experience preferred, but not required
