Job Summary:
Fresh Florida Cleaning is seeking skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented independent house cleaners to join our growing team as private contractors. We’re looking for professionals with solid cleaning experience who take pride in their work and can deliver top-quality results with minimal supervision. You’ll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service.

Important: This is not an employee position. We are hiring private contractors who meet the following requirements:

• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must carry or be willing to obtain liability insurance

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and offices
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and complete general surface cleaning
• Handle carpet care using proper equipment and techniques
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces to promote client safety and cleanliness
• Follow client preferences to create a personalized cleaning experience
• Manage your own supply inventory and keep tools in proper working order
• Provide friendly, professional, and respectful service
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment

Required Experience & Skills:

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)
• Familiarity with housekeeping, janitorial duties, and cleaning best practices
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus

Equipment Knowledge:

• Comfortable using standard cleaning tools such as vacuums, mops, carpet cleaners, etc.
• Understanding of which cleaning products are safe and effective for different surfaces

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, lift, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to transport supplies and equipment between job locations

Schedule Expectations:

• Flexible scheduling — choose how much you want to work
• Weekday and weekend jobs available
• Select your preferred service areas and availability

Compensation & Growth:

• Average pay: $25–$35+ per hour depending on job type and client
