What you’ll do

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry duties, ensuring clothes are washed, dried, and neatly folded or hung.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Maintain sanitation standards in all areas of the home, ensuring a healthy living environment for residents.
• Utilize janitorial experience to handle various cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Assist with cooking tasks when required, preparing simple meals or snacks for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met and standards are upheld.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in custodial roles or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques and safety protocols in cleaning procedures.
