Duties

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Use proper sanitation techniques to ensure kitchens and bathrooms are hygienic and safe for household members.
• Manage janitorial responsibilities including restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
• Assist with light cooking or meal prep tasks if required, supporting household needs beyond cleaning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Familiarity with janitorial supplies, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Previous experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
