Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in both residential, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial settings.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, such as carpet cleaning and window washing.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to [weight] pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
