Residential Cleaning Professional (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Schedule Options

Full-time: 30+ hours per week
Part-time: at least 3 full weekdays

Monday–Friday schedule
No nights
No weekends

Stable, consistent hours each week.

Compensation

$16.50 per hour (+tips and bonuses)

Compensation includes:

• Hourly pay for cleaning, travel time, and dispatch

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services using MaidPro systems and checklists
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Work independently or with a teammate
• Maintain consistent quality standards
• Adapt to varying homes and client preferences

Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide structured training.

Requirements

• reliable transportation to the office and daily cleans
• valid driver’s license
• ability to be active throughout the workday
• ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• authorized to work in the United States
• willingness to complete background check
