Location: Jacksonville and Beaches Area
Compensation: $19 to $25 per hour based on experience, plus commissions and tips

As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the standards that make our brand exceptional. You will work directly alongside ownership and leadership, delivering consistent, five-star results for some of the area’s most beautiful homes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who:

• Have 2+ years of experience in house cleaning, residential cleaning, or hospitality (preferred)
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Are personable and client-focused with strong communication skills
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a fast-moving company
• Have experience in sales or leadership, or the willingness to learn and take initiative
• Value excellence, personal growth, and teamwork
