Position Overview

Stand Fast is hiring part-time Residential Cleaning Technicians to support residential homes, move-outs, short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO), and student housing turnovers.

You will dispatch directly from your home to assigned jobs, work independently or with a small team, and complete high-quality cleanings using company-provided supplies.

Schedule & Pay Structure (Transparent)

• Schedule: 3–4 weekdays per week (Monday – Saturday)
• Hours: Daytime hours only (no nights)
• Typical Weekly Earnings: $400–$500
• Base Pay: $93.32 per day
• Bonuses: $10 per completed job
• Tips: 100% kept by the cleaner
• Average Effective Hourly Rate: ~$17/hour (including bonuses and tips)

This role is intentionally structured as part-time to provide stability without over-scheduling or burnout.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Routine and deep cleaning of occupied homes
• Move-out and turnover cleanings
• Short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) turnovers
• Student housing turnover projects
• Managing company-provided cleaning supplies
• Using your smartphone for schedules, updates, and communication
• Representing Stand Fast professionally at all job sites

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Proof of vehicle insurance and registration
• Access to a washer and dryer
• Smartphone capable of running scheduling and communication apps
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to complete training and pass onboarding exams
• Strong reliability and attendance (this is critical)
