Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Manage floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
• Maintain a valid driver's license for travel between job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.

Position Highlights

• Pay Structure:
• 36% commission on every cleaning job completed
• Average cleaners earn competitive hourly pay based on job volume, plus tips
• Keep 100% of your tips
• Training Provided:
• Hands-on training, including online coursework + in-person instruction during your first 5 days.
• Laundry Expectations:
• Wash cleaning towels/supplies at home (around 2 small loads per week).

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality residential cleaning (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, kitchen & bathroom cleaning).
• Follow company cleaning systems and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client preferences.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Drive to multiple job sites throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential, Airbnb, or hotel cleaning is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent cleaning results.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision.
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 25 lbs., kneel, scrub, and be active throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and a smartphone.
