Quick Description: We are contracted with many residential and commercial properties. They give us a, or multiple, apartments or offices that need to be cleaned. We will then assign that unit or office to you for cleaning and you will be paid for cleaning that unit or office at a price given to you by the owner of the company once you have been hired by the owner. You may be given multiple units or offices per day and will often be given them ahead of time but may be given the unit the same day in case of emergency. The type of cleaning will also be given to you as cleanings can be full cleans, extra cleans, touch up cleans, etc. Most of the work will be Monday - Friday but you will also be expected to do cleanings on weekends if necessary. If your life will require you to take excessive amounts of time off or will force you to say no to jobs we offer you on a regular basis then this job may not be for you as we need cleaners who are reliable and can called upon with little to no notice for emergency situations. Groundskeeping and Maintenance jobs are paid per hour of work.

THERE IS NO SET PAY, THE AMOUNT YOU ARE PAID CAN DIFFER BASED ON PROPERTY, UNIT/OFFICE SIZE, TYPE OF CLEANING, ETC. We expect cleaners to do their jobs in a reasonable amount of time. We do not want rushing, but we also would like you to be able to finish cleaning in a prompt and professional manner. Pay will, in almost all occasions, be per unit so cleaning with another person or cleaning quickly or in a prolonged manner will have no effect on your pay. We also clean houses (vacant, occupied, rental, Air BnB) and provide our service for events/parties.

Basic Description: You will be hired to clean apartments, houses, and offices. You may be given a set schedule but most likely will be given your job assignments for each day with at least 24 hours' notice. You will most likely be working in a different apartment or office daily but will be able to create a roster of the places you will be sent to. We try to accommodate for distance as much as possible but if you only want to work within 5 minutes of your home then this job may not be for you as you will at time be given assignments that may be a little farther than normal. We are in Broward and Miami-Dade for the most part but may be asked to go to Palm Beach on rare occasion. Pleas keep this in mind when applying because not being able or willing to travel to properties will lead to you not being given as much work if any at all. To Reiterate, we will try to keep you working as close to home as possible but please do be willing to travel on the occasion when asked as those occasions will try to be made a rare occasion.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper and/or Cleaner to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor and indoor spaces. This is a vital role in ensuring that our grounds are well-kept and visually appealing. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential and commercial settings.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Maintain flower beds and gardens by planting, weeding, and pruning
- Ensure proper care of trees and shrubs through trimming and pruning
- Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Clean and maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces
- Remove snow and ice from walkways during winter months
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

Cleaner Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Perform floor care as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is not necessary but welcome
- Familiarity with custodial duties is beneficial
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely

Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently
