• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization
• Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high-quality results
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet company standards and client expectations
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any special requests
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
• Keep accurate records of completed tasks and time spent on each property

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Experience with commercial cleaning environments is a plus, showcasing familiarity with larger-scale or specialized cleaning procedures
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
