We are seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Sales Agent to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Residential & Commercial Sales Agent will be responsible for managing property transactions across both residential and commercial sectors. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
  • Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and manage a diverse client portfolio
  • Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales (experience in both residential and commercial sectors is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Real estate certification is a plus
