Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and professional Residential & Commercial Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage both residential buyers and commercial investors, providing expert guidance across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads across residential and commercial segments
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, commercial zones, and regulations
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, documentation, and transaction support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (residential, commercial, or both)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a high-performing team
• Professional appearance and a client-focused mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
