Residential Design Manager

Job Overview
Dryden Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Design Manager to lead the daily operations of the design center and showroom. The Residential Design Manager will create exceptional customer experiences and align home design elements with construction goals, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure selections are chosen, accurately processed, profitable, and achievable in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all showroom operations, maintaining current samples, displays, and signage that reflect the latest market trends for customer selections appointments.
• Manage the full selections‑appointment process, advising customers on design choices across interior and exterior colors and finishes.
• Consult with external vendors and service providers to manage and recommend design improvements.

Experience

• Interior design degree or certificate preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in interior design or a design center, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong organization, communication, critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Applications.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
