Job Summary

Responsible for supervising residential interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Review drawings and ensure work complies with specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Monitor material deliveries and workforce productivity.
• Prepare site reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with project handover and snag rectification.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out works including gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting, joinery, and finishes.
• Experience in site supervision, quality control, and snagging procedures.
• Familiarity with BOQ review, quantity take-off, and material estimation.
• Understanding of UAE construction standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in residential interior fit-out projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is Mandatory.
