We are seeking a motivated Residential Fencing Sales Professional to join our team. This commission-based role includes paid training, qualified leads, and 2-3 daily appointments (60-90 minutes each). You'll have the freedom to sell above our minimum pricing for additional compensation, with highly rewarding commission packages. A 35% close rate is expected, and we provide ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Run 2-3 qualified sales appointments per day (60-90 minutes each)
• Present our full-service residential fence build solutions to customers
• Maintain a standard 35% close rate on all assigned leads
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Participate in weekly Monday morning sales calls and Tuesday team meetings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a closer in sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment
• Drive to meet and exceed sales benchmarks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methods
