Residential Helper

Liberty Waste Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Refuse Collector/helper to join our waste management team. As a Refuse Collector, you will ride on the back of the refuse vehicle, collect and pull karts to trash truck, use kart tipper to dump kart, verify the kart is empty, then put kart back where it was retrieved from in all weather conditions.

Duties

• Ride to assigned locations for refuse collection
• Load and unload refuse containers into the collection vehicle
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure proper functioning of collection equipment
• Handle heavy lifting and physical demands associated with refuse collection
• Navigate routes efficiently to collect waste in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the collection vehicle

Requirements

• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to waste collection operations
• Excellent time management skills to adhere to collection schedules
