Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet and floor care, and upholstery sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency (only Airbnbs)
• Maintain proper sanitation protocols throughout all areas of the home to promote health and safety
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction with each visit
• Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, surface disinfection, and organizing supplies for optimal efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motions
• Basic familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, mops, buffers, and other cleaning tools
• Reliable transportation to reach multiple client locations throughout the day
