Requirements:

* Must be an independent cleaner (not an employee)

* Must be able to pass a background check

* Carry valid liability insurance

* Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment

* Must have transportation with valid insurance

* Have a strong attention to detail

* Previous cleaning experience required

* Comfortable communicating with customers when needed

* Professional, dependable, and punctual

Compensation:

* Earn 50% of each quoted job

* Payments are issued weekly every Friday
