Residential HVAC Install Helper

Position Summary
Ideal Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Install Helper to assist our lead technicians with the installation of equipment and systems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with the setup and installation of equipment and systems
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines at all times
• Support troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks as directed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous construction or installation experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physical labor
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Work Environment

• Field-based role with travel to various job sites
• Exposure to outdoor conditions and physical work
