Position Summary
Ideal Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Install Helper to assist our lead technicians with the installation of equipment and systems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the setup and installation of equipment and systems
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines at all times
- Support troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks as directed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction or installation experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Work Environment
- Field-based role with travel to various job sites
