Residential HVAC Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and design specifications
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on existing HVAC units, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC design plans to accurately assemble and install equipment
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service reports for each project
• Install new construction HVAC for custom homes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or service technician roles with a focus on HVAC installation or maintenance
• Strong mechanical knowledge including familiarity with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems
• Experience reading schematics and HVAC design plans accurately
• Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs or modifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a <PERSON> driver vehicle preferred
• Ability to work in the field performing hands-on equipment repair and property maintenance tasks in diverse environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance
