Residential HVAC Installer

Description:We’re looking for an experienced HVAC lead installer or established 2-man crew to handle residential system installs and changeouts.

This is subcontract work with steady volume. We’re not looking to train—this is for installers who can show up, run the job, and get it done right without supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Residential system changeouts (furnace, coil, condenser)
• Occasional condenser-only swaps
• Light duct modifications as needed
• Completing installs clean, code-compliant, and efficient

Pay:

• Per job pay: typically $600 per crew depending on scope(Full installs vs condenser swaps)
• High weekly earning potential based on volume

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lead installer
• Ability to run a job start-to-finish with no supervision
• Reliable truck/van suitable for install work
• Own tools
• Strong install quality (clean, professional work)
• Dependable and communicates well
• EPA certification preferred

Preferred:

• 2-man crew ready to go (lead + helper)
• Ability to complete multiple installs per week
