What You’ll Do

As an Installation Apprentice, you’ll work alongside Lead Installers on residential HVAC system replacements and upgrades.

Your role is to:

✔ Learn the Trade the Right Way
Understand airflow, proper sizing, clean installs, and system commissioning.

✔ Assist in Full System Installations
Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, duct modifications, venting, and electrical.

✔ Protect the Customer’s Home
Clean work. Drop cloths. Organized job sites. Respectful communication.

✔ Follow a Structured Install Process
We operate on systems — not guesswork.

✔ Build Toward Leadership
This is a pathway to becoming a Lead Installer and beyond.

Full-time
Overtime opportunities during peak season
Some longer install days depending on scope

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
