Residential HVAC Installer (Lead and Helper)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read schematics, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and customer expectations. As an HVAC Installer, you will work closely with other technicians and clients to provide high-quality service in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues using diagnostic tools and equipment such as ohmmeters.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for proper installation of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with service technicians to address customer needs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the installation of refrigeration systems
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding services performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields such as construction or property maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles and field service operations is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
• Experience with air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and equipment repair is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
