Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to ensure efficient delivery of HVAC services to residential clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to meet customer expectations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, sales staff, and support personnel to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Drive business growth through proactive business development initiatives, building relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners.
• Oversee profit & loss responsibilities by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in residential HVAC or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute plans effectively.
• Experience supervising teams, managing budgets, and overseeing profit & loss statements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
