The Work

You’ll handle high-trust conversations and complex solutions with confidence.

• Lead in-home and on-site HVAC sales consultations
• Design and present custom replacement solutions
• Guide customers through financing options and paperwork
• Prepare and present clear, professional proposals
• Collaborate with technicians on qualified leads
• Support customers from estimate to signed agreement
• Tackle complex challenges that elevate your professional reputation
• Build long-term customer relationships and referrals
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish
• Stay ahead of HVAC products, systems, and industry trends

What We Need

Must Have

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC unit sales experience
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and leadership mindset
• Pride in craftsmanship and customer experience

Nice to Have

• Factory certifications
• Controls or advanced system experience
