Residential HVAC Service and Installer Technician (Must have prior experience)

Rogers Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can run residential service calls and installs without supervision.

We are a small, growing company and need someone who can hit the ground running immediately — this is not a training position.

If you take pride in your work, can diagnose and repair systems confidently, and complete installs properly the first time, we want to talk.

Up to $35/hour (W-2) based on experience

Optional flat-rate install pay for those who prefer it

What You’ll Be Doing

Residential HVAC service calls (diagnostics, repairs, replacements)

Full system installs and changeouts

Communicating clearly with customers

Working independently without needing constant support

Must have real field experience (no helpers or trainees)

Ability to diagnose systems on your own

Experience with residential installs and changeouts

Clean, professional work habits

Valid driver’s license
