Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our field service team in delivering exceptional heating, cooling, and mechanical solutions to our residential clients. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing service technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate residential HVAC service operations, ensuring timely and efficient job completion
• Supervise service technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Review schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to support project execution
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including equipment repair logs and maintenance records
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations
• Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for field service tasks
• Foster a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, HVAC/R systems, or related mechanical fields with a focus on residential services
• Strong knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration
• Hands-on experience as a service technician or mechanic with proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with field service operations, appliance repair, boiler systems, welding techniques, and property maintenance
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately; experience with Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers or similar vehicles advantageous
• Excellent leadership skills combined with mechanical knowledge of air conditioning systems, HVAC/R equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
