Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems

Install and replace HVAC components and equipment

Create accurate repair estimates

Educate customers on system performance and product options

Perform preventative maintenance services

Train and mentor junior team members

Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety standards

Maintain professional communication with customers and team members

Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly

Support team as needed with additional tasks or assignments

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years HVAC service experience

EPA Certification required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly

Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and various outdoor environments

Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
