Position Overview

Max HVAC Systems is seeking a motivated Residential HVAC System Salesperson to join our team. This role focuses on in-home consultations for residential HVAC system replacements.

This is a 100% commission sales position with strong earning potential for experienced sales professionals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with homeowners and skilled at identifying customer needs and presenting the right HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC system replacement needs
• Recommend and design customized heating and cooling solutions
• Prepare and present proposals for new HVAC systems
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to closing
• Educate customers on system options, warranties, and maintenance plans
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain customer relationships and generate referrals

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience (Required)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
