CompensationBenefits Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs and performance incentives. Benefits:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch). Occasional overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, tune-ups, and minor repairs on residential heating and cooling systems
• Safely operate ladders, tools, and equipment while strictly following all safety procedures
• Load/unload trucks and assist with stocking supplies and equipment
• Complete daily time cards and paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and arrive on time daily
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Participate in ongoing training classes and work toward NATE certifications

Requirements:

• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance or tune-up experience preferred
• HVAC trade school graduation or certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow both written and verbal instructions
• Basic safety knowledge and awareness
• Reliable, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic
