Residential Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
• Install, repair, service piping, hydronics etc.
• Work with schematics to understand system designs and layouts.
• Conduct tests on installed systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Weld components as necessary for system installation or repair.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, computer and mechanical skills.
• Familiar with duct work, duct seal, piping, venting, as they relate to HVAC installations.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficient in welding techniques relevant to HVAC installations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC/R are required OSHA 10, EPA certified
• Clean Driver's License
