Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and personable Residential Designer who has strong customer service experience and a passion for home design. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to select materials such as tile, plumbing fixtures, flooring, lighting, and finishes for home remodeling projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and an eye for design.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss design ideas, project goals, and budget.
• Guide clients through the selection of materials and finishes, including tile, flooring, plumbing, and lighting.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and construction teams to ensure design intent is met throughout the project.
• Create mood boards, sample presentations, and assist in maintaining the design showroom.
• Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring clients feel supported and informed through every stage of the remodeling process.
• Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and vendor products.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential design, remodeling, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of home design materials and finishes.
• Proficiency with design software (Chief Architect, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients achieve their dream home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
