Residential Landscape Account Manager

Position Overview

Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes, a premier landscape company in west St. Louis County, is seeking a motivated and organized Residential Landscape Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage service quality, and grow our residential maintenance portfolio. This Residential Landscape Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, attending sales calls, creating and presenting timely proposals, working with crews to ensure quality standards, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

The ideal candidate is positive, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple residential accounts while working closely with field crews and operations staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential landscape maintenance accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and propose additional services such as: Aeration & Seeding, Mulch Installation, Landscape Enhancements, Seasonal Cleanups, Fertilization Programs and Hardscape.
  • Prepare estimates and proposals for additional services.
  • Coordinate service requests between clients and production teams.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in landscaping account management preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Sales or up-selling experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to use Microsoft 365 and basic CRM software (Service Autopilot experience a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range, depending on experience, is $65K to $80K plus commissions, ranging from 10K to 20K, for a total compensation of $75K to $100K.
