Maintenance Technician (Single Family Homes) – Laurel, MD

Bay Property Management Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of single-family homes throughout Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Howard counties, and Washington, DC.

This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and handling a variety of residential maintenance tasks each day.

What You’ll Do

• Complete plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general handyman repairs
• Handle move-out inspections and unit turns
• Use AppFolio to manage work orders and updates
• Travel daily between multiple properties across MD and DC

Requirements

• Residential maintenance experience required
• Strong painting skills required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable work van or pickup truck
• Active vehicle insurance and personal tools
• Comfortable driving throughout Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Howard counties, and Washington, DC daily
• AppFolio experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay & Benefits
