What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality plumbing service, repair, and replacement in residential settings
• Diagnose issues, educate customers, and present multiple options using Straight Forward Pricing
• Take full ownership of your calls—testing all work, keeping work areas clean, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, follow up on estimates, and maintain punctuality and professionalism
• Prioritize safety and cleanliness, including maintaining a clean company vehicle and wearing protective gear in homes
• Utilize Service Titan software to clearly document your job and follow procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential service experience
• Strong communication and sales skills—you know how to earn trust and present value
• A self-starter who thrives on accountability, consistency, and getting the job done right
• Someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—you show up ready to solve problems
